(More customer reviews)I tried the Normandy Shrimp and the Argentinean Empanadas and both recipes were great tasting and easy to prepare. I am always looking for healthy recipes that I can incorporate into my busy schedule and this book is full of them. The book also includes some background on Eva's love of food and includes pictures of her with her family. Highly recommended.
