(More customer reviews)I love this book. Its loaded with pictures of each soup. The ingredients are all easy to find. The recipes are 4-6 servings, so you can make a small batch easily or double it for larger batches. Definately worth 5 stars. I just made my first soup and its delicious. This book is going to get me through the long cold winter with yummy, warming soups.
You will definately enjoy this book. Even though I have only made one soup as of this writing, I can just tell that the layout of the book, the easy to following instructions, and pictures make this book a great buy!
