(More customer reviews)I bought the original series way back in the 80's. This one and Breads were stolen in the 90's. I was very glad to be able to complete my collection once again. This is a fabulous series, it draws on cuisines from around the world. It has detailed, illustrated instructions on various cooking techniques and how to appropriately use kitchen equipment. I have tried a variety of the recipes. they are all delicious!!
