(More customer reviews)If you are a soup lover, this is the book for you. Simple to follow instructions and, generally, easily obtained ingredients. Every recipe I've tried has been excellent, and it includes a wide variety. This is not a "gourmet cookbook" but the results look great when served and won't take all day for you to make them. Only improvement would be if it was bound so it could lie flat.
