This cookbook has been the most useful cookbook that I have ever used! I have not made a single soup from this cookbook that was bad. We have had a rating scale for all of the recipes that I make and the only thing that makes the recipes lose points is if it is a kind of soup that one person does not particularly care for in the first place! I would recommend this to anyone that likes to eat soup...or even doesn't care for soup very much. All of the recipes are easy and have basic ingredients. You do not have to go to the store and get a bunch of stuff that you would never use again. This cookbook is the best that I have ever used!
