(More customer reviews)I own this book and it is truly amazing. I have tried a few of the recipes so far and they have all come out very well.
It is amazing that they have salad recipes, deserts, main courses, meals with fish, meals with poultry, meals with beef/pork. It really is quite ingenious.
I would say if you love/like cooking with potatoes, it is definitely worth it. A full 5 stars.
