(More customer reviews)43 recipes of awesome dishes all putting to use that slow cooker pot collecting dust. this set has it all from truly tasty BBQ ribs (with tang) through soups (mama's beer chili) or (chicken tortilla.) Even snacks from the pot like "almost" traditional square cereal mix but with curry and cumin zip. Imagine all done in a crock-pot; the easy way. Useful for the busy housewife, career woman, man who doesn't like to cook, or the "I'd rather be reading than cooking" chef.
Slow cooking doesn't mean poor taste.
Pulled pork with cola BBQ is a meal but in the snack section.
Then the desserts top it all. Blueberry cobbler could be done with any fresh/frozen fruit. Is Cinn-sational Swirl cake a dessert or a breakfast coffee cake? BOTH! Wow; cakes baked in a pot. Sticky Caramel Pumpkin Cake is truly "sweet & special."
Excellent recipes but unfortunately missing nutrition information, thus 4 instead of 5 stars. These recipes are way too good to be calorie free. Nice recipe photos in color.
