I also own Vegan Planet and this book has far better recipes in my opinion. I have used it more often. Everything has been very easy to follow with a variety of ingredients. The best part is that each time I cook something from this book I know I am eating the most healthy dish possible. She also has great blurbs throughout the book explaining the health benefits to different ingredients that are seen in the recipes. I have found these very helpful. I just became a vegan and using her recipes have not missed much at all.
