(More customer reviews)i saw this bakery on a food network special. the cakes and breads looked so good i had to buy it. i've made a couple of things out of the book. they turned out exceptional. i still get requests for the cake i made out of it two years ago. the thing is, for me the amateur baker, the recipes were kinda intricate and hard to follow/understand. it can be done. but with some work and concentration--no kid interruptions that's for sure.
