I have waited with anticipation for this first cookbook and it has lived up to my expectations...and then some. On the way to a book signing I had the chance to look at my friend's copy. I would open the book at random and exclaim "We have to make this first." only to flip a page and announce "No, let's make this first." You'll have the same experience as you navigate the creative recipes aside their remarkably beautiful photographs. Friends have already targeted dozens of dishes to try this autumn season.
