(More customer reviews)This book doesn't look like much. It's a tiny volume - just 39 recipes - and the author's name isn't even on the cover. I keep thinking it was put out by, like, Kraft or something.
But the recipes I've made have turned out universally great. The chorizo and bean soup with zucchini is a favorite, mushroom sherry soup was tangy and interesting. The potato leek soup calls for grated smoked cheese, which worked amazingly well. The recipes are not at all complicated, and probably half of the soups are vegetarian-friendly.
Definitely worth picking up.
